HDCHDC has been trading since June 2002 and so we celebrate ten years of trading this year.
During that period of time we have gained significant experience and knowledge of many existing schemes. We have undertaken transfers from all types of schemes. We also deal with Drawdown (Capped & Flexible), Pensions & Divorce and compensation claims, and provide pensions technical support.
Heather Dunne ACII FPFS (Managing Director) has over twenty five years experience in Financial Services, acquired in many different technical, training and sales roles. This gives us the expertise to help our Financial Adviser clients in the most practical manner with the entire sales process.
Some of our clients have been entirely new to this area of advice. We have assisted them with their first ever case and gone on to support their growing confidence. Other clients have a great deal more expertise and only require minimal technical support. We generally work very closely with our client advisers and like to build a long term relationship assisting them with both new clients and those with whom they have worked for many years.
There are competitors who provide similar services, though we understand these may be more restrictive and less adaptable. We are a small firm and expanding with the determination to retain the friendly service for which we are known. It is this flexibility combined with the administrative support we offer and Heather’s depth of knowledge, which gives us the edge.
Heather has designed systems to ensure consistency across all types of transfer. This enables us to maintain the same standard of report writing and allows the team to develop their technical skills. In simplistic terms, data gathering will be undertaken by assistants, but the final report drafting will fall to Heather. All job specific training will be undertaken in house. All members of staff are expected to acquire qualifications at the highest level. Any further additions to the team will be brought in as required so that the company ethos is maintained. |
